-Sama - it means "Lord" but you put it at the end of a name. Example - Largo-sama = "Lord Largo." (heard this from Megatokyo.com)
-San - see -CHAN, but instead it's usually used after a boy's name. It's also put after someone's last name. (heard this from Megatokyo.com)
