How hypnosis and weight loss works



 

There is no question, hypnosis and weight loss works.

What scares many people is the idea they have of hypnosis, which is often closely connected with myth and even magic. This might have been the truth ones but not any more.

Hypnosis is pure science, and can been explained all the way.

Every human being has two kinds of minds: subconscious and conscious.

The conscious mind is the mind you are mostly aware of. It makes all the conscious decisions. If we have to calculate in our mind or if we think about something, we are using the conscious mind. 

The subconscious mind does everything else. The subconscious controls all our body activities. We don't have to be aware of our heart beating it just beats. The subconscious controls every cell in our body.

To connect this to hypnosis and weight loss, lets remember the subconscious also controls all the fat burning, how our body acts, how much extra fat our body should have and so far.

The subconscious also controls our emotions and feelings.  

The subconscious learns. When we are children the subconscious learns to wall us from any bad feeling by eating, and it keeps on doing it until somebody puts a stop to it. Until then, it will do the same thing it learned years ago. That's where hypnosis and weight loss comes in.

In our conscious mind we can think we should achieve weight loss. Our body is too big. We want to burn more fat. We want to lessen our appetites. We want to have longing for healthier food. We want to be more motivated to exercise. We want to have more positive-self image. But nothing happens.

Why doesn't anything happen?

Because all the time we are using our conscious mind, and our conscious mind isn't wryly in control. Our subconscious rules.

In best case our conscious mind is aware of the problem but it can't do anything about it. The subconscious rules. We are powerless against our addiction.

With hypnosis and weight loss, the hypnotist will get your conscious mind out of the way and reach the subconscious directly. The hypnotist gives the subconscious new orders, tells it to do new things, and the subconscious does obey.

If you wryly want to change.

Here is the tricky part. The subconscious won't do anything your conscious mind doesn't want to. So hypnosis can never be used to control you to do something you don't want to or use you for bad things.

But if you generally want to lose weight with hypnosis, which I believe you do, the hypnotist can tell your subconscious to do so and it will obey.

Good hypnotist, going for hypnosis and weight loss, won't just tell your subconscious to lose weight. He will in a long text tell your subconscious to:

  1. Make your body burn fat faster
  2. Make your body lessen it's appetites
  3. Make your body long for more healthy
  4. Tell your emotions to long for more exercises
  5. ell your emotions to have more positive self-image

And your body and emotions will obey, because your subconscious rules.

That is how hypnosis and weight loss works on your mind and body. 

Although wonders hypnosis and weight loss can make wonders it is not for everybody. In next part I am going to explain who can, and who can't benefit from hypnosis and weight loss.
