Three ways to gain weight loss by hypnosis.

 Now I have explained how weight loss by hypnosis works and who can benefit from it, but there are three ways to achieve weight loss by hypnosis. 

1. Go to group hypnosis meeting
2. Have a hypnosis therapy session
3. Use self hypnosis from tape or CD

To go to a group hypnosis meeting, usually half or a whole weekend, where the hypnotist works on a big group of people is, to tell you the truth, a total waste of time. It hardly ever works, for several reasons. 

First of all there is no way to get any real focus around maybe twenty other people. To benefit weight loss by hypnosis you need to be able to relax and take in the positive orders from the hypnotist. This feels more like a stage hypnotist performing but they would never try to change their subject's behavior patterns. 

Second you won't get any individual help from the hypnotist in a short time like this. 

Third you are usually only suppose to have to go ones. Sorry it does not work like that. To change your subconscious you have to repeat the hypnosis session least few times. It wont happen over night but you will achieve weight loss by hypnosis if you do it the right way, and believe me those group hypnosis meetings are not the right way.

Private hypnosis sessions are way better chose to achieve weight loss by hypnosis. You are alone with the hypnotist in a silent room, so you should be able to go into deep focused hypnotized state. Good hypnotist should be able to deal with your subconscious problems that come up individually because there is nobody else around. And you can repeat the session every day if you want to.

This might therefore be the best way for you to achieve weight loss by hypnosis if you:

1. Find a real good hypnotist who is also a real good therapist and knows a lot about weight loss. 

2. Have enough time to go, maybe every day, to a hypnosis session. Like I said one session won't bring you any permanent results to achieve weight loss by hypnosis.

3. Have enough money to have a hypnosis session maybe every day. Each Session with a good hypnotist like I explained earlier cost $100 to $200 but they will give you results.

So if you can find a great hypnotist like this in your neighborhood and have enough money and time to pay for him, I would say that private hypnosis session was the best way to achieve weight loss by hypnosis.

For the rest of us those great hypnotists found a way to be able to serve us in almost as good way as they serve their personal clients. They make a tape/CD with the same hypnosis text as they use in their own office and sell it (often for less money than one private session would cost).

You get almost all the same qualities as in the private hypnosis session: 

You are alone and can therefore totally focus, although you might not go into as deep hypnotized state as in private session, you will still achieve just as much weight loss.

You get a first class hypnotist who knows about weight loss by hypnosis. Just make sure you pick a good self-hypnosis tape/CD from a great hypnotist. There are many programs out there to achieve weight loss by hypnosis and some of them are better than other (more about that in next chapter).

You can listen to the tape/CD as many times as you want whenever you want. The more you listen the better the results will be.

The down part about self-hypnosis is that you off course donít get any personal focus. But what you get is hypnotist text made specially for people who have the same problems as you and a good hypnotist will always make the text sound very personal.

There are three major advantages self-hypnosis has over other programs to achieve weight loss by hypnosis.

Cost, self hypnosis tape/CD is costs less than one session with a good hypnotist or a group hypnotist day (which wont do you any good), and you can listen to it as often as you want.

 Time, You can listen to the tape/CD when ever you want, where ever you want, and as often as you want. Best way to achieve weight loss by hypnosis is to listen to it before sleep try to get a session with a hypnotist then. 

Trust. You are alone and can be totally focused. Not even the hypnotist is there. Many people fair what the hypnotist will tell you to do in the session. With self-hypnotist tape/CD you can listen to the tape and know exactly what it says, so you can trust you will achieve weight loss by hypnosis.

You can achieve great weight loss by self-hypnosis tapes/CD's but those weight loss by hypnosis programs are as different as they are many.
